Listen To The Voices

Another album that blew my mind this year is Sly Stone In The Studio 1965-1970.  This record is the second volume from Ace Records chronicling the Stone Family's earliest recordings as well as outside collaborations with the Beau Brummels, Joe Hicks and his sisters, Vaetta and Tiny.

i love the "french fries" track and the drum machine heavy one, i think it's called "stanga" but i have a fucking awful memory for music sometimes, as much as i love it.. sly was a bit of a genius when he put his mind to it, i wonder where he leaves his mind these days? thank you miss debbie d..
